Off Season: Sept 1 - Dec 15 : $875 per week (7 nights)

High Season: Dec 16 - April 30 : $1400 per week (7 nights)

Mid Season: May 1- Aug 31 : $1050 per week (7 nights)

Additional Fees

Taxes: 12% (5% County, 7% State)

Departure Cleaning: $125

Security Deposit: $250 (Refundable with no damage, 30 days after departure)

Off Season: 1 week stay (7 nights): $1050

Booking Deposit / Payments

Book 14 days or less, prior to arrival:

Payment due in full plus Security Deposit.

Book 30 days or more, prior to arrival:

50% deposit plus Security Deposit.

Final balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival:

Receive full refund of your security deposit and a refund of your rental deposit less a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancel 29 to 15 days prior to arrival:

Receive full refund of your security deposit and a refund of your rental deposit less a $250 cancellation fee.

Cancel 14 to 0 days prior to arrival:

Receive full refund of your security deposit and forfeit all rental deposits paid.
